All our delivery options are trackable*, include discreet packaging, are 100% plastic free and dispatched from our home in Cornwall, UK.
Our standard delivery option is a trackable 2-3 day service from Royal Mail. This option is free with all orders over £75.
We also provide a free next day delivery service with all orders over £130, delivered by DPD. Order by 1pm for guaranteed next day delivery.
*for lube, accessories or letter sized orders we offer an economy delivery option (Royal Mail) for as little as £1.95. Our economy option is clearly visible at checkout and a trackable option (Royal Mail or DPD) is always available.
Tracking information will be emailed to you when your package leaves The Natural Love Company HQ, normally this occurs within 1 working day of your order being placed.
We dispatch all orders placed before 1pm the same day (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays).
