OUR 365 DAY SATISFACTION PROMISE

If you’re not happy with your purchase, then neither are we. That’s why we stand by our ‘365-Day Satisfaction Promise’. Our promise comes with the following two commitments to all our customers:

1. We guarantee you’ll love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied in any way, you’re welcome to return the toy(s) to us for recycling, and we’ll provide a store credit equal to the amount spent on the toy so you can choose something more to your liking. Furthermore, we’d be happy to help guide your shopping experience to ensure you find something satisfying.

2. We provide a warranty for the operational use of any toy purchased for 365 days from your order date. This includes potential faults as well as any damage incurred during intended use. If any toy(s) experience a fault or damage within the first 365 days, we’ll offer a store credit or a full refund for the amount paid for the toy(s).
