All our delivery options are trackable, include discreet packaging as standard and are 100% plastic free.

Available Services

Postal Tracked: Our standard delivery option is a trackable 5-7 business days service from Canada Post. This option is free with all orders over CAD$125.

Express Tracked: We also provide an express 2-4 business days service courtesy of our courier partner Fedex, free with all orders over CAD$250.

Priority Tracked: An additional priority 2 business day service from Fedex is also available at checkout and free on all orders over CAD$350.

More Information

Discreet: All toys and accessories are dispatched in plain packaging so you can be assured of privacy on delivery. To further protect your privacy, where details are required for customs paperwork, we will never use the term “sex toy”, we will instead use terms such as “novelty electrical item”.

Tax Inclusive: We believe in making shopping as transparent as possible, therefore the price you see is the price you pay – full stop. All orders will arrive free of duties and taxes.

Kindly note that on occasion, with Canada Post, it may be necessary for you to pay the duties and later submit the receipt to ourselves for reimbursement within 5 business days.

Tracking: On the day of dispatch we will send an email with your tracking information. This normally occurs within 1 business day of your order being placed.

Timescales: Kindly note that all delivery timescales are best estimates provided by the courier and are achieved in over 90% of deliveries. On occasion deliveries make take longer due to unavoidable delays caused by adverse weather, industrial action, or due to customs authorities. In all instances we will do our upmost to ensure your package is delivered in a timely manner and we will update you with any request we receive for further information.
