• USA & Canada: 2–4 business days.
• EU & wider Europe: 2–5 business days.
• Australia & New Zealand: 4–7 business days.

All deliveries include full tracking and arrive in discreet, plastic-free packaging.

Please note: some lower-value orders may automatically ship using an economy option. In most cases, you’ll be able to upgrade to a faster service if you’d like your order sooner.

How Fast Is Shipping?

• Orders received before 1 pm UK time are usually dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Delivery times are accurate in over 95% of cases. On rare occasions, courier delays (weather, road closures, industrial action) may extend delivery times, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes—we’re proud to offer worldwide shipping.

We currently ship to the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and many other destinations. The only exceptions are Saudi Arabia and the UAE, where we are unable to deliver at this time.

Why Did I Receive Two Small Boxes Instead of One?

Sometimes your order might arrive in more than one parcel, even if it was placed together. This usually happens when you’ve ordered a mix of liquid products (like our lubricants) and electronic items (such as vibrators).

For air shipping, international safety regulations require liquids and electronics to be packed separately. This isn’t something we can override—but don’t worry, both parcels will always be tracked, shipped at the same time, and arrive discreetly. It also means your products are transported as safely as possible, protecting both your order and the planet.

What Days of the Week Do You Deliver?

• UK deliveries: Six days a week (Monday–Saturday), excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays.
• USA deliveries: Six days a week (Monday–Saturday) via USPS or FedEx.
• International deliveries: Timelines vary depending on local courier services.

Do I Need to Pay Import Duty or Tariffs?

We believe in keeping things simple and transparent. The price you see is the price you pay—full stop. All orders are shipped duty- and tax-free, so you will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.

Do You Accept Returns?

Yes. Providing that your order hasn’t been opened and no sanitary seals have been broken, some international customers may be required to pay for return postage.
